Dyanco International was founded in 2003 as a Regional Supplier to the Gas and Welding
Distributors. In 2005, Dyanco signed an exclusive agreement with Atlantic Welding
Consumables establishing Dyanco as the Agent and Stocking Wholesale Distributor for the
United States.

Atlantic Welding Consumables is a global company and one of the top producers of welding
wire, fluxes, and electrodes. Atlantic was established in 1950 in Shanghai China as
China Welding Electrode Plant. Today, Atlantic offers a full line of Welding consumables
with 9 factories and a capacity of over 350, 000 metric tons annually. Atlantic’s products
have been approved by Lloyd’s Register of Shipping, American Bureau of Shipping, and
other societies. Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance approves the ISO 9001 Quality Management
System.

Additionally, Dyanco developed the Dyna- Arc® Brand by Dyanco offering a full line of
filler metals.

Dyanco operates out of the Corporate Office located in Dothan, AL with a strong focus
on distribution through Gas and Welding Distributors. With the recent boom of the Automotive
Industry in the Southeast our strong presence in this region has been an asset. Our
strategic warehouse location has allowed us to support our customers in an environment of
“Just On Time” deliveries. Service is important to all businesses; Dyanco is a loyalty oriented
